BCR® Mask-1 Cleanroom Face Masks, 180mm. Berkshire's BCR® Mask-1 protective facemasks are individually packaged to control particulation. The filter medium used to manufacture these masks is a meltblown polypropylene, which provides superior filtration. The outer facing of the mask is a spun bond polypropylene and the blue color identifies the outside of the mask. The ear loops are made of a non-shedding polyurethane which reduces particulation as well. The fully enclosed nosepiece is adjustable and is made of a vinyl-covered steel, which reduces "blow by." Ultrasonic bonding of the mask reduces contamination and outgassing. Includes a polyethylene clip so that the mask may be worn around the ears or behind the head; whichever is the most comfortable to the individual wearing it. These masks are intended for comfortable, long wear in cleanroom and/or controlled environment manufacturing. 50/Pack, 12 Packs/Case. Berkshire #: BM.1.12.
