Model MCD-250 benchtop cleanroom ovens meet the requirements of semiconductor and electronic component manufacturer's Class 100 specifications for clean air. The strict clean air requirement is accomplished by use of stainless steel parts for heater elements, blower, shelves, and interior walls without an internal filter. The instrument panel is also different than that of O1114. Visible and audible alarms for over-temperature. 250° C maximum temperature; control is 0.1° C, at 100 or 200° C; uniformity of temperature is 0.7° C at 100° C and 1.5° C at 200° C. Both the microprocessor and a hydraulic thermostat will automatically serve to protect against overheating. Model MCD is wired for 120V, 60 Hz; Models MCE and MCF-250 are wired for either 208V, or 240V as selected. Maximum Temp.
