This Model Meinz110 Meinzer test sieve shaker by Advantech® has a vibration speed of 3600 per minute, producing a 2mm horizontal orbital throw and a 3mm vertical throw. The maintenance free, lightweight and portable unit has a rugged construction providing precise repeatable results time after time. It can hold eight 8 inch (200mm) diameter full height sieves, or fifteen half-height sieves plus the pan and cover. It can hold twelve 3 inch diameter full height sieves or twenty-three half-height sieves plus pan and cover. By utilizing an electromagnetic drive, a fixed amplitude and rubber spring mounts, this unit produces the simultaneous vertical and horizontal movement needed for basic dry particle sizing analysis. This unit is ideal for use with sand, cements, chemicals, powder metals, cosmetics, grains, seeds, coal, soils, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, coffee and many other dry components in ground, granular, or powder form. The Meinzer II has no moving parts, a small 10 inch footprint and weighs only 36 lbs.
