This Atago MASTER Series Wine Refractometer is used for measuring grape must concentrations. Simply apply a drop of sample on the prism to view the measurement value through the eyepiece. This model comes with a dual scale (a wine scale plus a Brix scale). Equipped with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) and a water resistance feature (IP65). Measurement Scale: Baume 0.0 to 21.0° - Brix 0.0 to 40.0%. Minimum Scale: Baume 0.2° - Brix 0.2%. Measurement Accuracy: Baume +/-0.3° - Brix +/-0.5% (10 to 30°C ).
