Heavy-duty lab carboy features all polypropylene construction and is autoclavable at 121°C (250°F). FDA grade polypropylene is compliant with 21CFR177.1520 for direct contact with food and beverages. Carboy has handles for carrying and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. The 83mm polypropylene buttress screw cap has a built in thermo plastic elastomer washer for positive seal.
