This 1.5mL natural-colored RNase, DNase and human DNA free, Snap-Cap microcentrifuge tube gives a firm, dependable seal that will not come open during processing. Tough medical grade resin construction withstands the rugged G-forces of high-speed centrifugation, up to 30,000 X G.. Use for specimen collection, mixing, electrophoresis sampling/handling, enzyme assays, radioassays, immunoassays, and many other applications. The Snap-Cap tube's smooth, conical interior allows the entire sample to be removed with ease and without material hangup. It can be cut to remove a spun pellet. The Snap-Cap is attached to each tube, and the entire unit is autoclavable at 250°F for 15 minutes at 15psi. Fits Beckman, Eppendorf®, and all other microcentrifuges.
