These CapitolBrand® standard 96 well PCR Plates feature a uniform, thin wall ensuring rapid, consistent heat transfer and a break-away, semi-skirted design allows plate to be cut into 24 and 48 well sections while the versatile semi-skirted plate provides broad range thermal cycler compatibility. Constructed with cut away corners for easy orientation and raised rims allowing heat, adhesive or PCR strip cap sealing, these plates also provide alpha-numeric grid referencing. Certified free from RNase, DNase and human DNA, they are composed of high-quality, virgin polypropylene. Every plate is visually inspected and each well is electrostaticly tested. Manufactured in an ISO class 8 cleanroom, all plates undergo QC testing for both PCR performance and the absence of contaminating factors.
