These CapitolBrand® 384 well PCR Plates is molded from ultra low retention polypropylene which assists in preventing adhesion of samples to the side walls. Due to the increased well volume, post-PCR applications such as enzymatic digestions and ethanol precipitation may also be carried out in the wells. Constructed with cut away corners for easy orientation and raised rims allowing heat or adhesive sealing, these plates also provide u-bottom wells and 8 holes in the skirt to aid plate positioning and removal from the thermal cycler block. Certified free from RNase, DNase and human DNA, they are composed of ultra low retention polypropylene. Maximum Volume: 55 microliter. Working Volume: 40 microliter. Color: Natural. 100 Plates/Case.
