This PYREX® Kjeldahl nitrogen distilling apparatus is used for determining nitrogen in organic compounds. This assembly includes a Kjeldahl flask specifically developed for this process and a Graham condenser with 10mm O.D. tubulations. Both the digestion and distillation stages can be performed in this flask. The assembly shown is the distillation stage, where the amount of ammonia, and hence, nitrogen, is established.
