The HI 145 digital pocket thermometers have been developed for HACCP programs and offer high standards of performance together with maximum simplicity-of-use. The durable T-shaped handle fits comfortably in hand and is ideal for applications where applied force is necessary for insertion, such as with incoming meat inspection and semi-frozen foods. The LCD positioned on top of the thermometer allows for easy reading in cooking applications. The HI 145 digital pocket thermometer is ideally suited for monitoring incoming merchandise and food storage, as well as applications in food preparation, and during cooking.The HI 145-00 digital pocket thermometer is equipped with a 5" (125mm) long AISI 316 stainless steel probe. The sharp conical tip provides fast response and improved accuracy over the entire range. The HI 145 series pocket thermometer is equipped with the exclusive Cal-Check® feature. When the instrument is turned on, it performs a self check of its calibration status and displays it on the LCD. Accuracy is assured and your measurements are reliable. Hanna #: HI 145-00.
