This 95 x 15mm Petri dish with a specially designed 'slippable' lid is ideal for use with automated equipment. The 95mm diameter saves 11% media per dish compared to standard dishes. It is molded from medical grade virgin polystyrene, with optically-clear top and bottom viewing surfaces. It features a smaller 'media saver' diameter that uses less media, while the constant flatness allows for even media distribution. Ventilation ribs allow for free air circulation and reduce condensation during incubation. It has a flared lid skirt and squared corners for easy one hand operation, especially with gloves. This disposable, single-use Petri dish is radiation sterilized and the contents are sterile if the packaging sleeve is unopened. It is traceable by lot and sku number, and Certificate of Sterilization Processing and Certificate of Compliance are available upon request.
