This Integral XT 150 air-cooled process thermostat has a temperature range of -45 to 200°C and a minimal filling volume of 2.6L, with a filling volume of the expansion vessel up to 5.5L. This Integral XT 150 air-cooled process thermostat is ideally designed for the requirements of rapid and precise temperature control of an external application in process plant and pilot plant environments. The air-cooled process thermostat offers high performance in a small space while still providing functionality across a wide temperature range. Using the LAUDA Kryo 55 heat transfer liquid, temperatures from -50 up to 200 °C can be achieved without changing the heat transfer liquid. The large expansion vessel in the LAUDA Integral XT 150 absorbs temperature-induced changes in volume, thereby ensuring smooth operation even in large connected external systems. The Integral XT 150 process thermostat allows extremely rapid temperature changes, resulting from the small, internal, thermally active heat transfer medium. It works according to the highly efficient flow principle with a broad working temperature range. The process thermostat is used where rapid temperature changes or high refrigeration and heating performance are required. The Integral XT 150 features a removable Command control unit with a graphic LCD and automatic adjustment of the control parameters via integrated software for adaptive control. It has a Vario pump with eight levels of adjustment for application-specific adaptation of flow and pressure. The pump is magnetically coupled so that there are no sealing problems at the pump shaft across the entire temperature range. It includes and RS 232/485 interface with two slots for interface modules, allowing high flexibility for the user for the broadest range of system integrations. There is a recessed filler nozzle on the top of the unit for simple filling with heat transfer liquid, and practical drain taps on the sides of the unit for quick and complete drainage of the heat transfer liquid from the system. The SelfCheck assistant shows equipment status clearly on the display for a high level of operating safety and constant monitoring of all functions.
