The Helix Model 150BL is an easy-to-use orbital shaker used for various laboratory shaking applications. The shaker provides a smooth continuous motion resulting in uniform mixing, and is operated easily using a rotary timer knob and a speed knob. The Helix 150BL is designed for biological, chemical, liquid mixing, and cell cultivation use in an array of laboratory settings. It can be used in either timed (5 minutes to 16 hours) or continuous mode, and features audible alarms, with an audible buzzer when timed mode reaches zero. It has a slow ramping start-up feature to reduce potential splashing. The timer and speed are indicated on discrete LED displays. It has rotary knobs for setting speed and time, and includes a medical grade universal AC wall supply with interchangeable plugs.
