The Millipore Centricon® Plus-70 centrifugal filter is a disposable, single-use device designed for rapid clarification and purification processing of aqueous biological solutions in volumes ranging from 15 to 70mL. These filters are compatible with swing-bucket centrifuge rotors only. The Centricon® Plus-70 device can concentrate most 70mL solutions down to 350?L in 15 to 40 minutes. Samples can be centrifuged up to a maximum of 3,500 × g until the desired concentration is achieved. More or less time may be required depending on solute type and the sample concentration needed.
