Rovers® Cervex-Brush® are designed specifically for cervex sampling and have a polypropylene tip with polypropylene shaft. Cell collection with the Cervex-Brush® provides a clear and accurate sample which leads to early detection of cervical cancer. The reliability of pap smears obtained by the Cervex-Brush® reduces the need for repeat testing. The brush is made up of various lengths of semi-circular plastic bristles. The shape is such that the top edges of the brush follow the contours of the cervix. Brushes are used for the collection of cervical cells for pap smear testing.
