This Aerocarrier™ insert holds four 7/10mL blood tubes. It is designed for the 236 Aerocarrier™ Rotor used with the CL2 Compact Benchtop Centrifuge. The lightweight, sealed Aerocarrier™ insert serves as an all-in-one cup, adapter, and cushion and allows samples to be safely handled inside a biosafety cabinet. It features a screw-on cap with O-ring closure for aerosol containment that can be easily manipulated with gloved hands. The Aerocarrier™ insert adapter can be autoclaved and decontaminated with a 1:10 dilution of bleach or other disinfectant without risk of corrosion.
