This Thermo Scientific Barnstead Type 2 (TII) pure water purification system delivers flexible storage with advanced features to maintain the highest water purity. Featuring an exclusive flow pattern that recirculates water between the unit and storage reservoir, the TII eliminates purity degradation that can occur during storage. An integrated UV lamp controls bacteria and ensures organic-free water on-demand. The fluorinated polyethylene reservoir eliminates leaching of organic materials for unparalleled protection from contamination. The TII easily dispenses from the unit or the tank. Direct dispensing from the unit offers options of volumetric or timed dispense. Rounded corners and optional dual wave-length UV light removes bacteria within the tank and the vent filter blocks airborne contaminants from entering the reservoir. For efficient operation and lower maintenance, the optional integrated pump operates at a level required by usage. It lowers the voltage until water is needed and increases flow/pressure as needed.
