TALON® Superflow™ is a cobalt-based IMAC resin that offers a high-specificity alternative to nickel-charged resins for purifying histidine-tagged proteins. Different selectivity compared to nickel-charged resins – an alternative to nickel affinity resins when a different metal ion is required.
