The Ampule Snapper is a disposable plastic fracture and safety collar that protects against glass splinters when used to break open pre-scored ampules. Just slip the Ampule Snapper over the top at the pre-scored position, snap it, and discard both the ampule and the safety collar to prevent cross-contamination.
