It comes with an open top 8-425 black phenolic closure with a PTFE faced silicone septa assembled in the cap. Both cap and liner are autoclavable. This sample vial and closure combination provides an extremely inert and chemically resistant environment for harsh, sensitive and reactive samples. The clear polystyrene Vial File™ case has a hinged lid and alphanumerical indexing for the individual vial partitions, with foam inserts to provide extra protection for the vials. It provides a compact, readily accessible means of sample storage. Meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards to protect pH balance and sample integrity. Autoclavable. Graduated.
