PYREX® Chromatography Columns with Disc
PYREX® glass chromatography columns with a coarse fritted disc are designed for general chromatographic analysis. The top is tooled for small rubber stopper fit and the tube is fabricated with a sealed-in coarse porosity (40 to 60µm) fritted disc. The outflow tube is large in diameter to eliminate the smearing of the definition bands of effluent caused by the tube being filled and the solvent mixed before being expelled. The outflow tubes is long enough to protrude through a rubber stopper.
