Customer Loyalty Discount Program

Customers who regularly order lab supplies and reagent chemicals are eligible for our Customer Loyalty Discount Program. This program rewards them with a universal discount level that is applied to every item we offer. Discounts off MSRP are based on projected annual spend and/or historical purchasing volume. Discounts are honored and applied on website orders as well as phoned, faxed, emailed or snail mailed purchase orders. Our Customer Loyalty Discount Program awards the highest possible discount off MSRP. It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty and business. Other highlights include:

  • No discount codes required. As long as you are logged in, our website will automatically apply your discount level to every item ordered or quoted
  • Annual review of your account and price-level discount to ensure you are receiving the deepest product discounts possible
  • An assigned account manager to consult with on product selection, or technical or purchasing questions

Vendor Managed Inventory Program

For those stocking needs that are critical to your operations, Capitol Scientific offers the Vendor Managed Inventory Program. With this program, we work with you to identify the frequently purchased products you want us to maintain, as well as the levels you require. Once agreed, we handle the rest. We track inventory to ensure we always have the stock you need; order when levels get low; and automatically ship on-schedule or on-demand.
