The PAL-LOOP is a special model with new Continuous Measurement feature to give you extra method tailored to meet your needs - select either the new continuous or conventional single measurement mode. Since the measurement range of PAL-LOOP is Brix 0.0 - 85.0% - it can be used to measure almost any samples. The PAL-LOOP is water resistant (rated at IP65) - so clean up of viscous samples can be done easily by placing the instrument under running water. This refractometer is light & compact - only 100g. It is ergonomically designed for one-handed operation. The speedy performance of the PAL-LOOP is amazing. Simply put 2 to 3 drops of a sample on the prism surface and press the START key. The Brix value (sugar content / concentration) will be displayed in just 3 seconds in regular mode and 1 second in continuous mode. The sample stage is designed to keep sample solutions from spilling out. The Automatic Temperature Compensation function enables you to take measurement readings regardless of the ambient temperature. Calibration is performed with water only.
