Engineered double knit construction with sealed edge technology. Critically low particles and fibers. Lowest extractables and ions. Works well with IPA, acetone and other solvents. Applications: Breakdown cleans in front end of fab and suite construction. Oxidation, Metallization or CVD deposition areas. Photolithography Process areas. Flat panel, optics and chamber cleans.
