This polyester foam test tube rack is made for use with 10 x 75mm, 12 x 75mm, and 13 x 100mm test tubes. It holds and locks 50 culture tubes securely for simultaneous decanting. The long wearing, charcoal colored foam is flame retardant and chemical and solvent resistant. Weighing less than 2oz, it will float on a water bath with full tubes and samples. The low profile keeps it from tipping over easily. It is ideal fo refrigerated or frozen storage samples, and may be used in blood drawing trays to hold blood drawing tubes securely. It allows more uniform incubation, as tubes may be pushed down into the water bath while still being held securely in the rack. Supplied 6 racks per pack, with 5 packs per case.
