This Boekel Scientific 1.4cu.ft Digital Incubator features a solid door, 2 shelves and a powder coated exterior for scratch and stain resistance. It is ideal for incubating and culturing of reagents, media, and samples in every laboratory where samples require warming and a steady temperature. The incubator is composed of 22 gauge steel with an interior of easy-to-clean aluminum and a chamber volume of 1.4cu.ft. The system allows for digital input and readout of incubation temperature while a standard over-range safety thermostat with a red warning indicator light provides rapid high heat detection for sample safety. The temperature range covers ambient +10 - 90°C and a blower fan for rapid heating and maintaining uniformity of temperature is employed. The unit utilizes a PID controller and a separate power switch. A pocket size digital laboratory timer is included with the incubator.
