Stackable storage cabinet with interlocking tabs and six removable drawers for easy slide handling and transport as well as sponge blocks for supporting slides in partially filled drawers. The cabinet can hold up to a total of 5000 standard micro slides, 75 x 25mm (3 x 1"). Drawer dividers may be removed to store objects up to 5.1cm (2") wide. Bail suspension prevents drawers from being pulled completely out and spilling contents. Cabinets lock together for added stability. Sheet metal construction finished in baked beige enamel. Dimensions, W x D x H, cm (in): Cabinet: 15 ¾ x 18 ¾ x 5. Base Unit: 15 ¾ x 18 ¾ x 2 ¾. Cabinets are stacked by built-in tabs in the bottom of each unit. Because of this, cabinets will "rock" and may be unstable if placed on a bench top without the use of the Cabinet Base under the first cabinet. Additional cabinets may be stacked on top of the first cabinet. Base unit with rubber feet to raise cabinet 2 ½ " above bench surface is sold separately. Boekel#: 141000.
