This Zahn Cup Type Viscometer by Boekel Scientific® is made for measurement of the viscosity of heavy liquids. It quickly measures the viscosity of liquids such as paint, lacquer, varnish, syrup, and oil. Compact and easy to use, the cup is bullet-shaped and made from corrosive-resistant steel with a 44mL capacity. Viscosity is expressed in Zahn seconds which are correlated to viscosity in centistokes. This Viscometer has a range of 220-1100 centistokes at 250°C in 20 to 80 seconds.
