The 120V US plug oil-free MZ2D NT Aluminum-FKM diaphragm vacuum pump features an ultimate vacuum of 4mbar, a flow rate of 40lpm, and high flow rates at working vacuum for low-maintenance and excellent results in a wide variety of non-evaporative, non-corrosive vacuum applications. It is even quieter, and has less vibration than it's predecessor. The vacuum pump utilizes diaphragm vacuum technology for totally dry operation. There is no oil to change or monitor! Diaphragms withstand up to 10,000-15,000 hours of use before replacement - that’s years in most applications, minimizing downtime and service costs. When it is finally time for service, the unique design eliminates tedious, trial-and-error stroke length recalibration. Individually accessible diaphragms and valves simplify servicing.
