This new single zone ACR miniPRO Hot Bonder kit without heaters is small and lightweight, weighing less than 18Lbs (8kg) and is easy to carry and set up. It has an 8.4in (213mm) full-color HD touch-screen that allows easier and better composite curing with an easy-to-use interface. The single vacuum system has a vacuum venturi (requires compressed air). It has 30 amps maximum output using universal voltage of 100-130VAC with a frequency of 50 to 60Hz. It accepts Type-J thermocouple connectors with up to 10 thermocouple sensor inputs. The quick 3-step programming uses simple drop-down menus and stores up to 30 programs that can be password protected. The USB port and USB flash disk allow for instantaneous data transfer and analysis using spreadsheet and word processor programs on PC. It is input ground fault interrupter breaker protected and has audible and visual alarms for high and low temperature/vacuum limits. Data logs digitally and records real-time status of cure including program parameters. It gives the user ability to manually adjust pressure and can cure up to 1400°F (760°C). Intended for use in dry environments (do not expose to spray) at altitude up to 6562ft (2000m). The storage temperature range is -4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C) with an operating temperature range of 41 to 104°F (5 to 40°C).
