This INS closed cell elastomeric thermal insulation installs around pipe measuring 2.5in (64mm) outer diameter or smaller. It consists of a fiber-free 3/4in (19mm) thick closed-cell and lightweight EPDM based elastomeric material. The cost effective, flexible thermal insulation is easy to install and suitable for a wide variety of environments with an exposure temperature range of -297°F through 257°F (-57°C through 125°C). It has an R-value of 3 with a density of 3/6Lbs/cu ft and a flammability rating of UL-94 5 V-A. V-O. It has a water vapor permeability of 0.10perm-in (0.15 x 10-12) and water absorption (weight %) of less than 5%. Can be used outdoors with food service and where UV resistance is required.
