This aircraft infrared thermography temperature controller (Kit B in Airbus NDT Manual 55-20-07, 55-20-08, 55-20-11) comes with an easy-to-transport container. It uses universal voltage of 100 to 240V. The dual zone will control one individual heater, or two heaters in tandem with automatic and independent temperature control per heater. It has a preset locked ramp/soak (slope) temperature with an end of cycle audible alarm and an auto shut-down of heater power at the end of the cycle. It includes differential ground fault (earth leakage) breakers with a ground connection to elevator. It has visual or audible alarms for ground fault, temperature limits and thermocouple failure. It has a 13-minute dwell count down timer with an additional independent 10-minute test cycle timer, manually triggered. It allows for simultaneous reading of both heater blanket thermocouples. The cycle will not start if process temperature is above 60°C and there is a high temperature process shutdown and alarm at 90°C.
