The BriskHeat® TTH caged tote tank heater is ideal for both outdoor and indoor heating applications. By means of a silicone heater pad, this tote tank heater provides non-invasive heat that does not contaminate or scorch the product with a quick heat-up time due to direct surface contact underneath the plastic bladder. It includes an IBC silicone heating pad with easy-to-use plug-and-play connections. The multi-stranded heating element is uniformly placed to maximize heat distribution and is laminated between two extra-thick layers of 20mm fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber. A Type-K thermocouple is built into the moisture and chemical resistant silicone rubber IBC heating pad located within a weight-absorbant 1/2-Inch thick foam pad. The tote tank heater also includes 6-foot silicone rubber power leads with an IP 67 four-pin (NEMA 6P equivalent) output receptacle and a 6-foot temperature control input power cord with a standard three-prong NEMA 5-15 power plug.
