These CapitolBrand® standard SBS footprint 96 well plates feature alpha-numeric grid referencing, separate raised rims on plate wells for efficient sealing with reduced risk of cross contamination and cut away corners for easy orientation aiding sample identification. Due to rigid sidewalls, these square welled plates are stackable and compatible with robotic processes. With a u-bottom aiding in resuspension, these plates are an excellent choice for bacterial growth cultures. The maximum well volume when sealed with heat or adhesive is 2.2mL and 1.8mL when using mat caps. These individually wrapped plates are molded from high grade virgin polypropylene under ISO Class 8 cleanroom conditions and undergo comprehensive QC testing. Color: Natural.
