TexWipe® BetaMop® Cleanroom Mop System

The TexWipe® BetaMop® cleanroom mop system is optimized for compatibility with both string and strip mop heads. The BetaMop® cleanroom mop features a quick-opening clamp for an easy head refill changes. BetaMop® cleanroom mop hardware is designed for ease of use with Texwipe® Tubular String or Strip head refills and other brands of cleanroom mop head refills as well.

Ideal for use with TexWipe® stainless steel or polypropylene mop buckets but can also be used with other wringer-inclusive mop bucket systems. Available with either a white fiberglass mop handle (TX7106 or TX7125) or stainless steel mop handle (TX7092) which are both corrosion-resistant. Fully autoclavable for aseptic and sterile cleaning applications. To complete your mopping system, a variety of hardware, buckets, mop head refills and sterile options are available.

TexWipe® BetaMop® String Mop Heads
Choose from a selection of 100% polyester string mop head refills in tubular polyester style or Microdenier polyester style. Both styles of polyester string mop heads can be rewashed up to ten times. Ideal for ISO Classes 3 through 7 or A through D environments. Sterile mop heads are recommended for both A and B environments.

• TexWipe® BetaMop® Polyester String Mop Heads
  TX716R and STX716R Knitted polyester string cleanroom mop head refills feature a highly sorptive capacity. Tailbands on the head provide increased motion control. Capacity: 1.3-Liters/Mop Head.
• TexWipe® BetaMop® Microdenier-Microfiber Polyester Mop Heads
  TX7070 and STX7070 Microdenier polyester mop heads provide increased lifting and capturing power of particles as small as microbes and also offer streak-free cleaning. Compatible with most disinfectants including TexWipe® TexQ® Disinfectants. Capacity: 1.8-Liters/Mop Head.

TexWipe® BetaMop® Strip Mop Heads
Choose from a selection of 100% knitted polyester or polyester-rayon blend strip mop head refills. See each style for specific recommended environments and re-wash cycles. Sterile mop heads are recommended for both A and B environments.

• TexWipe® BetaMop® Polyester Strip Mop Heads
  TX7072 and STX7072 100% knitted polyester strip type mop head refills are designed to capture particles and dirt with unique small channels built in to the fabric. They can be re-washed up to seven times. Recommended for ISO Class 4 to 8 and B through D environments.
• TexWipe® BetaMop® Polyester-Rayon Strip Mop Heads
  TX7073 and STX7073 are 12% non-woven polyester/88% rayon blended fabric strip mop head refills which are laundered to provide the cleanliness of polyester with a similar absorbency to cotton. Recommended for ISO Class 5 to 8 and B through D environments.

TexWipe® BetaMop® STERILE Mop Heads

• Gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10(-6) in accordance with AAMI TIR33: 2005 standards.
• Lot coded with expiration date clearly marked on each package.
• Certificates of Irradiation and Compliance attached to each case confirm irradiation dose met specifications.
• Pre-sterilization eliminates repackaging, documentation and validation of autoclaving.
