TexWipe® QuanSat™ Pre-Saturated Polyester Wipes

TexWipe® Vectra® QuanSat™ pre-saturated cleanroom wipes are manufactured with QuanTex™ 100% polyester with a sealed border, processed on Texwipe's automated cleaning system. QuanTex™ cleanroom wipes is tested for cytotoxicity by the Agar Overlay Method and for bacterial endotoxins by LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) test for an extra level of contamination control assurance. (Toxicity & Cleanliness Reports are available upon request) These cleanroom wipes are manufactured with a no-run interlocking, double-knit 100% continuous-filament polyester fabric. TexWipe's proprietary Vectra® Process cleans the wipes more efficiently than cleanroom laundry and also features four fully-sealed borders to prevent the release of fibers and particles. TexWipe® Vectra® QuanTex™ cleanroom wipes are superior for general wiping in environments where contamination control is of paramount importance. They resist abrasion even under rigorous use or when wiping down rough surfaces.

Features & Benefits
:

  • Pre-saturated with optimal level of 0.2um filtered alcohol blended with deionized water.
  • Packaged in easy-to-use, re-closing bags which reduces alcohol solution evaporation.
  • Pre-saturated wipes provide consistent, optimized cleaning efficiency with repeatable wetness and VOC levels.
  • Every lot of wipes is tested for cytotoxicity by the Agar Overlay Method and for Bacterial Endotoxins by LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) testing.
  • Vectra® sealed border technology provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles and fibers for use in critical cleaning applications
  • Ideal for wiping down abrasive surfaces. Wipes will not easily snag, tear or abrade which can release particles and fibers in to the process or environment.
  • Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a variety of cleaning solutions
  • Meets USP <797> and USP <800> wiper requirements.
  • Individually lot coded for traceability and quality control.
