Read temperatures in foods, gases, samples, reagents, water baths and semisolids. Stainless-steel probe is resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and most laboratory chemicals. Long stem allows the user to make measurements while stirring solutions in deep vessels. Display reads -58 to 572°F and -50 to 300°C. Resolution is 0.1° from -20 to 200° (1° outside this range). Accuracy is as perfect as ±0.2°C between -20 and 100°C (±1° C above 100° C). Readings are updated every second. Individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is provided from our ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST. Almost unbreakable plastic-and-stainless-steel construction (no glass or mercury) makes it safe. Brilliant LCD display is 1/4 inch high. Wide-range unit is supplied with an adjustable PTFE(tm) washer-holder designed to support and suspend the thermometer at any depth in oven access ports. Designed for all ovens and incubators.
