NOTICE: While we make every effort to accurately report lead times, unfortunately, Corning products often have a prolonged ship date/lead time. Please be aware before ordering this Corning item.

Cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee imposed by Corning, so keep this in mind before ordering.
  • Non-sterile, solid black 384-well polystyrene microplate has flat-bottom square shaped wells with a well volume of 112µL and a recommended working volume of 20 to 80µL
  • Black wall plate has reduced autofluorescence, higher signal to background ratio and lower CV's; enhanced flatness provides low intra- and inter-plate CV's
  • Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions; binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm2
  • Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions; suitable primarily for immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface
  • Case of 50
  • Manufacturer Part No: COR-3573

Details

This Corning® 384-well solid black polystyrene microplate has flat-bottom square shaped wells with a well volume of 112µL and a recommended working volume of 20 to 80µL. It is ideal for today's more sensitive assays and plate readers. Black wall plate has reduced autofluorescence, higher signal to background ratio and lower CV's. Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions. The microplate is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface. The untreated microplate has a binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm2. It conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions. Enhanced flatness provides low intra- and inter-plate CV's. This is the suggested replacement for Corning® Item Numbers 3708 and 3710. Non-Sterile. Lid Not Included. Material: Polystyrene. Plate Format: 384 Well. Plate Feature: Low Flange. Plate Color: Solid Black. Well Bottom: Flat. Well Bottom Color: Black. Well Shape: Square. Well Volume: 112µL. Recommended Working Volume: 20 to 80µL. Surface Treatment: Not Treated. Corning® #: 3573.
