Flat bottom strips are designed to easily break apart, allowing each individual well to be repositioned back in the holder once separated. Black wells have low background fluorescence, minimal light scatter and reduced crosstalk. Designed for in vitro diagnostic assays. High binding surface binds medium ( greater than 10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions. Binding capacity is approximately 400 to 500ng IgG/cm2.
