This Corning® 96-well white polystyrene microplate has clear flat bottom wells with a 360µL total well volume and a recommended working volume of 75 to 200µL. This microplate enhances luminescent signals and has low background luminescence and fluorescence. It is designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk. The NBS (nonbinding surface) is a Corning® proprietary treatment technology used on polystyrene microplates to create a nonionic hydrophilic surface (polyethylene oxide-like) that minimizes molecular interactions. It is ideal for reducing protein and nucleic acid binding at low concentrations, and increasing assay signal to noise. It can be used for both top and bottom reading instruments. Nonsterile microplate conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions. Packaged 5 per bag with 25 microplates per case. Lid Supplied Separately. Non-Sterile. Material: Polystyrene.
