It has an approximate cell growth surface area of 500cm2, with actual internal growth surface dimensions of 224 x 224mm and a height of 25mm. It is TC-treated for optimal cell attachment, and is supplied with vents to provide consistent gas exchange. The patented (US Patent No. 5,856,176) design allows for easier handling. Sterilized by gamma radiation and certified non-pyrogenic. This is the suggested replacement for Corning® Item Number 431112. Disposable. Sterile. Material: Polystyrene. Dish Style: Petri.
