The funnel has a PTFE No. 4 product standard stopcock and a strong, hollow No. 27 standard taper glass stopper. The PTFE plug fits into the micro-finish barrel. The plug also reduces freezing problems and grease contamination. Warning: Do not place over direct heat or flame or heat above 121°C moist heat or 110°C dry heat. Autoclavable.
