The Eppendorf® 120 V/60 Hz Vacufuge Plus Vacuum Concentrator quickly and efficiently concentrates DNA/RNA, nucleotides, proteins and other samples. The Vacuum Concentrator has a narrow 33cm width that saves valuable bench space. It has a chemical-resistant stainless steel chamber and extremely quiet operation. This basic upgradable concentrator is for connecting to an existing vacuum; power to external vacuum pumps can be automatically controlled using the AC receptacle in the rear of the concentrator. A wide range of fixed-angle rotors (sold separately) and the microplate rotor A-2-VC enable the Vacufuge plus to be used for various applications in the laboratory. You have a choice of three application modes (aqueous, alcohol or high vapour pressure) to correspond with sample solvent reducing processing time up to 20%. There are four heating levels (room temperature, 30°C, 45°C, 60°C) which allows for safe and efficient concentration of various samples. Centrifugation and Desiccator function.
