This Eppendorf® Multiporator® includes a module for electroporation of bacteria, yeasts and other microorganisms. Special features include programmable voltage and optimized, fixed pulse times, preadjusted voltages for the most frequent applications, and electronic safety circuit for arc prevention. Use the Eppendorf® Multiporator® for the electroporation of animal and human cells, primary cells, plant cells and embryonic stem cells, stable and transient transfection of eukaryotic cells, and efficient and gentle transfer of siRNA.
