The HANNA® HI 93530 is waterproof theromocouple thermometer that uses a powerful microprocessor to linearize the response of the thermocouple in order to achieve high accuracy and resolution. This thermocouple thermometer can read with a resolution of 0.1 in the -149.9 to 999.9°C and -24.9 to 999.9°F ranges. It is equipped with a HOLD function that freezes the current reading on the LCD. A °C/°F button will change between the Celsius and Fahrenheit ranges; an important feature where measurements are necessary in degrees Celsius as well as Fahrenheit. A wide range of thermocouple probes are available for applications such as liquid, air and semisolids. HI 93530N has a CAL button to allow the operator to calibrate the meter and probe in an ice bath at 0°C. This will assure the removal of the combined meter and probe interchange error. In addition to the calibration feature, this portable thermocouple thermometer features a user-activated backlight for low light conditions.
