Kimble® 826505-0004 Kontes® HI-VAC® Straight Stopcock Valve with CryoDyn™-CT200 Plug and Tip O-Ring, Bore Range: 0 to 4mm, Stem O.D.: 9mm

Due to resin shortages and minimal material availability, PCTFE (Polychlorotrifluoroethylene) has become increasingly difficult to source. Therefore, DWK is changing the plug component used in the items listed below to a higher performance material, CryoDyn™-CT200. The specially formulated polyaryletherketone-based polymer offers improved properties to PCTFE including higher strength, lower elongation, and greater creep resistance. There are no dimensional changes to the products. Finished good part numbers will remain the same, and the change will be implemented immediately.

This valve can be used as a bleed up to 1/2 a turn. Full open position is at 1-1/2 turns. The shaft is non-rotating and the primary seal is made with a fluoroelastomer O-ring on a tapered seat. The shaft provides for improved outgassing at system temperatures up to 200°C. Note: Polyacetal knob is not recommended for use over 110°C. Bore Range: 0 to 4mm. Stem O.D.: 9mm.
