This PT-DA 30/2ZEC-B250 (PT-DA 3030/2ZEC)-30mm Generator for the PT10-35GT, PT3100, PT3100D has a Z-generator made for breaking open and dispersing of pills, capsules and hard large grains and an EasyClean version for the simplest cleaning or sterilisation (standard). The product homogenizes and disperses a solid or fluid or gaseous phase into a fluid phase by the rotor/stator dispersing generator at the tip of the dispersing aggregate. This dispersing aggregate has a shaft with double bearings as standard and is made from high quality stainless steel (1.4435, V4A, 316L). The EC version can be disassembled in a few steps, making it easily cleaned or sterilized/autoclaved by any standard method. Length: 250mm. Speed m/s: 25,000. Tip speed: 29m/s.
