MicroSeal® 1200 Sealed Edge Cleanroom Wipes, 12 x 12". Attributes: 100% knit polyester with sealed edges. Laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4/Class 10 cleanroom. Engineered double knit construction with sealed edge technology. Critically low particles and fibers. Lowest extractables and ions. Works well with IPA, acetone and other solvents. Applications: Breakdown cleans in front end of fab and suite construction. Oxidation, Metallization or CVD deposition areas. Photolithography Process areas. Flat panel, optics and chamber cleans. Ion implantation, diffusion and CMP processing. Steam autoclavable for aseptic environments. 100 Sheets/Pack, 6 Packs/Case. Berkshire #: MS1200.1212.6.
