The Millipore Fluid Contamination sampling kit is a portable solution for sampling turbine fuels, water or other liquids through Millipore Contamination Analysis Monitors prior to gravimetric or colorimetric analysis. The stainless steel sampler assembly plugs into a quick-release valve installed in the system line, which allows a measured quantity of liquid to pass through the monitor. A valved syringe serves as a hand pump to remove residual liquid from the monitor. For gravimetric analysis, Matched-Weight Fluid Contamination Monitors are recommended to eliminate filter pre-weighing before sampling. Stainless steel sampler assembly with stainless steel-clad PTFE hose. Includes twelve polystyren fluid contamination monitors. Warning: When filtering flammable samples with this kit, ground the unit and secure all grounding connections first.
