This 70mm fluid transfer closure is composed of polypropylene and is made for fluid transfer in the lab or field. It fits Nalgene® Mason jars or 125mL and 250mL straight-sided jars with 70mm closures (containers sold separately). Use for siphoning, evacuation, bleeding of fluid lines, collecting samples, and transferring reagents. Two vent ports are molded into the top of the closure (external male ports only; no connection for internal drop tubes), allowing for external connection to a vacuum or pressure pump with 1/4in inner diameter flexible tubing (sold separately).
